I love the intimacy of small gatherings and dinner parties and would love to work with you to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. 

Here’s how the process usually works:

• You send me the details and I check my availability.

• We schedule a time that I can meet with you in your home, see the kitchen and the space where the party will be held, and go over logistics.

• I send you an estimate and menu proposal.

• You relax and let me do the rest.

On average, a party of 4-8 people is ideal for me alone. Over ten people, and depending on the complexity of the menu, I may need to hire outside help, but this can be determined through in-depth conversation. 

Please note, I do not cater food to parties or cook for large events. I cook and prepare all of the food in your kitchen. So, the capacity of the event is determined by the capacity that your space can handle.
